Will Wiard (pronounced wired), founder of The MW Group, spent years working in residential real estate investments with MW Investors, Inc., a full service Real Estate procurement and management firm based in Safety Harbor, Florida. With MW Investors Inc. he was involved in millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions and saw a demand for realtors with the foundations of honesty, integrity, superior customer service and an expert knowledge of the local real estate market.
As a result, The MW Group was formed on Clearwater Beach to help friends and clients better understand the local real estate markets and most importantly assist them in buying, selling and managing life’s most important investments.
Will’s enthusiasm for the Clearwater Beach area began at a very young age when his family relocated to Sand Key. That enthusiasm is evident in every aspect of buying, selling and managing real estate on the beach.

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Wm. Mark Searcy was born in El Paso, Texas and spent ten years living in Southeast Asia before settling on Clearwater Beach in 1986. Mark began his real estate career in 2002 after a successful twenty-five year history in direct sales and customer service. He is a full-time sales agent specializing in both residential as well as commercial real estate. Mark was hired in 2008 by the City of Clearwater through the RFP process to assemble land for the purchase and development of a much needed parking garage on Clearwater Beach. His knowledge of current real estate market trends combined with his sense of ethics, communication style and high energy level have helped make Mark a well respected, multimillion dollar producer in the real estate industry.
