Will Wiard (pronounced wired), founder of The MW Group, spent years working in residential real estate investments with MW Investors, Inc., a full service Real Estate procurement and management firm based in Safety Harbor, Florida. With MW Investors Inc. he was involved in millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions and saw a demand for realtors with the foundations of honesty, integrity, superior customer service and an expert knowledge of the local real estate market.
As a result, The MW Group was formed on Clearwater Beach to help friends and clients better understand the local real estate markets and most importantly assist them in buying, selling and managing life’s most important investments.
Will’s enthusiasm for the Clearwater Beach area began at a very young age when his family relocated to Sand Key. That enthusiasm is evident in every aspect of buying, selling and managing real estate on the beach. |
